Develop Stronger Church Leaders Church leadership is both a calling and a responsibility. ACTSREFIRE offers training designed to help pastors, ministry leaders, deacons, volunteers, and emerging leaders develop practical skills in vision, communication, discipleship, evangelism, team building, conflict resolution, and effective ministry leadership. Our goal is simple: equip leaders to lead with greater confidence, clarity, and effectiveness while helping their churches fulfill the mission of Jesus Christ. 2. Grow Through Continuing Education ACTSReFire also provides opportunities for Continuing Education Units (CEUs), helping pastors and church leaders continue developing their knowledge and ministry skills throughout their years of service.
