​2. THE PEOPLE YOU ARE CALLED TO REACH
Who are the people God has placed around your church? Every congregation is surrounded by people who need to experience the love of Jesus.
This training will help your church look beyond the walls of the building, understand your community, build meaningful relationships, and discover the people God may be calling your congregation to reach.
Evangelism begins by seeing the people around us and recognizing that God has already placed us among the people He wants us to reach.

​3. WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE AN EVANGELIZING COMMUNITY?
Evangelism isn't just something a few people in the church do. What would happen if the whole congregation began to see itself as a community sent by Jesus?
Explore what it means to develop a church culture where sharing the Gospel, building relationships, welcoming people, praying for those who don't know Christ, and reaching the community become part of the congregation's identity.

​4. DISCIPLESHIP & FOLLOW-UP: HELPING NEW BELIEVERS GROW
What happens after someone says "yes" to Jesus?
Evangelism doesn't end when someone comes to faith in Christ. It is the beginning of a new life. Churches need to be prepared not only to reach people with the Gospel, but also to walk alongside new believers as they begin their faith journey.
This training will help congregations think practically about how to follow up with new believers, establish meaningful relationships, introduce them to the life of the church, and help them begin growing as followers of Jesus.
Together, we will explore how to:
  • Welcome and encourage new believers
  • Establish meaningful follow-up relationships
  • Help new Christians understand the basics of their faith
  • Connect new believers with mature Christians and the church community
  • Encourage Bible reading, prayer, worship, and Christian fellowship
  • Help new believers discover their gifts and place of service
  • Move from new believer to growing disciple to disciple-maker
We don't just want to make converts. We want to make disciples.

Effective evangelism and discipleship belong together.

We reach people.
We introduce them to Jesus.
We walk with them as they grow.
We help them become disciples who can reach others.
The goal is not simply to have more people attend church. The goal is to see people come to faith in Jesus, grow in their relationship with Him, become connected to His church, and eventually help others follow Christ.
